What an exciting time for our Parish Family. Our Build Our Future, Serve Our Past campaign is allowing us to embark on the next step of our Catholic engagement here in Naples, while at the same time, supporting and growing our current environment and programs. Due to a change in the Bishop’s schedule, our Ground-Breaking Ceremony will be slightly later this Saturday, at 2PM. I hope you will all join us for this joyous moment!
Just because we are at the cusp of the Pulte Life Center construction does not mean we are ending our campaign, however. In fact, as many of you know, there are still additional needs of our Parish Family that we have identified beyond the Life Center. Our campus is over 27 years old, and each building and our grounds need additional resources to ensure we are able to support this growing parish in an effective and engaging way. From a new roof on the church and renovations of our Ballroom to a new lighting system for the parking lots and video streaming of our Masses, we have many varied and various needs. Our Capital Budget Committee, made up of leaders of our Parish Councils, will be meeting at the end of this month to identify which of these items we can move forward with this next year, and which items are too essential to wait on. As these items are chosen, we will discuss their priority here, and how you may be able to take advantage of this next year’s waiver on campaign contributions to ensure every dollar of your generosity goes to the specific component of our campus.
