Many of you know that one of the symbols of Saint John, the Evangelist, the author of one book of the Gospel, is an eagle. This majestic creature symbolizes the height at which Saint John rose to. Well, this past weekend, we had a visitor at the top of our church, a bald eagle. It was captured by one of our Parish Family members while they enjoyed Oktoberfest.
