Scott Phelps is the featured speaker at the Collier Community Abstinence Program’s event. Scott is the Executive Director of the Abstinence and Marriage Education Partnership in Chicago and publishes abstinence education texts “Quest”, “Game Plan”, and “Navigator”. He is an enthusiastic speaker who has reached over 1 million teens. This event is open to the public and will be held at Saint John the Evangelist.
