Join the children and families of St. John the Evangelist and the Mission Office of the Diocese of Venice as we seek to share our blessings with those less fortunate on the Island of St. Lucia…

 How can you help?

• Donate clothing from the suggested list.

• Make a donation to St. John the Evangelist for $50 for each child you would like to sponsor. Please write “Mission Clothe Me “ in the memo if paying by check.

***Clothing will be loaded onto a container and sent to St. Lucia in June. Items may be dropped off at the Parish Office from now until June 1st.

We will begin to collect new clothing for infants, children and teenagers right away. The children are in need of everyday play clothes, as well as fancier clothing to wear to church on Sundays. Currently, Wal-mart and Target have clothes on sale for these age groups that are very affordable. Items to begin shopping for include:

For Boys: Collared shirts, t-shirts, shorts, dress pants, socks and shoes.

For Girls: Sun dresses, dress tops, t-shirts, shorts, skirts, socks, shoes and hair accessories.
