VBS kicked off today in spectacular fashion! The 12 (times 4 since we have over 200 children participating this year) tribes of Israel began their desert journey through the parting of the Red Sea. They learned new songs and built tambourines. They got to play with desert mice to help them think about talking to God so they could put their footprints on the God Sightings Map. And after their Red Sea snack, they played tribal games against each other to see who could Walk like an Egyptian.
None of this excitement and fun would be possible without the wonderful volunteers, from the kitchen to the Registration Table to the Station Leaders and Tribe Leaders. Thank you all!
