One of the most direct and immediate communications mediums in the world today is Twitter. If you have watched the news, read the paper, or gone online, it is impossible to not be impacted by Twitter. These very short, direct messages have been used to communicate around the world instantaneously for everything from revolutions against dictatorships in Egypt, send prayers for rescuing kidnapped girls in Nigeria, to describing what a cat in Tennessee has eaten for lunch. Our own Father John tweets on a regular basis, giving all us parishioners (and the rest of the world) the opportunity to see what he is thinking about on a daily basis and how the Gospel impacts him personally. You can see his tweets at: https://twitter.com/FrLudden. There is no need to sign up to read tweets, only if you want to join in the conversation. You can also read his tweets along with Saint John and other Catholic Mission tweets at the bottom of the Saint John website.
