St. John Circle of Life: A Community for All Ages and All Aspirations

When trying to visualize just how much is currently going on here at St. John, it is extremely complicated.  From Liturgical ministries focusing on the Mass and service to our Parish Family in our church to support groups for those that have recently lost a loved one, to community service-focused efforts of the Knights of Columbus, Ladies of Charity, and Jamaican Outreach Program, to Sock Hops and Big Band Dances with the Men’s Club, there truly is something for everyone.  The Build Our Future, Serve Our Past capital campaign has illustrated that we need even more support to take care of our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls.  But how can we showcase all of these programs and efforts at once?  Beth Lucci, the lead of our Companion Driving Ministry and part of the Pastoral Stewardship Council, came up with a wonderful illustration: The St. John Circle of Life Community.  Broken out by both age groups and interests, it may help someone find a new program that will meet their needs.

As we develop and start the programs associated with our Build Our Future, Serve Our Past campaign for all members of our Parish Family, like the Catholic Adult Organization and CYO, we need our entire Parish Family to give in order to reach our additional goals. If you have any questions, please contact Joe Lichwalla, the Campaign Coordinator at 239-495-2001 or email: [email protected].
