The Sacrament of Confirmation is offered to 9th and 10th grade students through the Faith Formation Program. A minimum of 2 full years of continuous faith formation (Religious Education or Catholic School) normally during the 9th and 10th grade and Confirmation classes are required.
Students in the 9th & 10th grades who desire the Sacrament of Confirmation must register for Faith Formation. Registration forms are available on line at the Saint John the Evangelist website under the Education/Faith Formation/Grades Pre-K to 10th tabs or directly at the following link:
