All Activities at Saint John are Suspended
First off, thank you so much for all of your continued commitment to your Ministry and our Parish Family during these challenging times. Father Tom and I are so appreciative of how flexible and understanding you have all been. We have only just begun the response to the public health concern. Unlike a hurricane, that we can pinpoint the eye and understand and plan for the potential impact, this situation could be with us for 2 weeks or 2 months, so we will continue to provide updates on how best we can deal with this situation. Together, we can hopefully be a light of warmth and caring for all those around us.
Out of our abundance of concern for the health and well-being of all those who serve Saint John, we are suspending all group activities on campus, with the exception of Masses and Services. The Sacraments are to stay available, and we are even expanding the opportunity to receive Reconciliation on campus to Friday evenings due to the cancelation of the local Penance Services, and we will provide additional guidance on how to attend Mass (virtually as well as in person here on campus) in the near future. However, your meetings, gatherings, events, and activities should be suspended until further notice.
Thank you again for all dedication and devotion to our Parish Family. Please stay safe and healthy!
