UPDATE: Youth Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for this event.
Given the type of work we are asking for assistance with, we are modifying the request for youth to attend the Parish Beautification Day. In order to ensure the safety of all our volunteers under the age of 18, please ensure a parent or guardian is present with them at all times. The parent or guardian will be assigned the same team as their children to ensure they are safe and able to accomplish the tasks we will have make our parish continue to be a beautiful place to come to.
In light of the many tasks we have as a parish family to take care of our buildings and groups (think of a big “honey-do list”), we want to ensure we have enough dedicated parishioners and that we will be able to accomplish the needed work we have. Please take a moment to fill out the RSVP ticket in the bulletin. The type of work we have is not safe for youth under middle school age, so we would prefer if elementary and younger children did not attend. We will be starting at 9 AM (not the 8 AM early bird) with breakfast treats and coffee. Lunch will be served around 11:30 AM. We will hopefully be complete by 3 PM. If you have sports or other morning activities, still try to attend in the afternoon. Thank you all so much for pitching in!
