Registration Open Until August 31, 2020
Registration is now open for Faith Formation at St. John in the Fall. This is our first attempt at Online Registration, so please bear with us. In summary, online registration is in four parts.

Register with My Own Church
When you register with MY OWN CHURCH, you can update your contact information.

Please note: After initial registration of MY OWN CHURCH you will receive an email with a temporary password before you can register for classes.
Register for Classes
Click on the Faith Formation tab and then the Online Registration button. From here, the member can verify details in their family record and register for religious education classes.
When registering for classes, you will +Add each student one at a time. You have the option to print your registration sheet for your records.
Pay with the Pay Now Button
After you register for classes, you will be able to pay for the sessions. The option to pay at this website is with a credit card OR Apple Pay only. Cash payments would have to be made in person in our Parish Office. Payments by check may be mailed in or dropped off in person as well.
Please keep in mind when you pay for Faith Formation, you will be “adding each child’s registration” to your shopping cart one at a time. After each child is added, you will then hit “continue shopping,” and then click on Faith Formation Registration to return to the previous page where you will add your next child’s registration to the cart, until you have added all of your children. Then you can check out and make payment. Each time you choose a purchase option for your child, you will choose either STANDARD REGISTRATION or SACRAMENTAL YEAR. The shopping cart will total up the registrations for you. There is a discount for registering additional children within the same family. Sacrament fees apply for the child’s second year of First Communion or Confirmation preparation.
Complete and Sign Diocese of Venice Forms
The Final step in this process is completing the required online Diocesan Forms. You will receive these forms via email from our Assistant in Faith Formation, Miss Luz Lozano. In that email, she will also confirm your class sessions.
Please email us a copy of your child’s baptism certificate if your child is entering kindergarten or is new to our program. Baptism Certificates may be sent to [email protected]. New Confirmation candidates will need to send a copy of their First Communion record as well.
