New Campaign Envelope to Finish the Church

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace. – 1 Peter 4:10

We are blessed to be back in our church, again whole with our enlivening faith environment. This new persistent message: Finish the Church, is our final push of the Capital Campaign, to complete the transformation of the entire campus and ensure our success for the next 30 years. While we have come far already, we will all need to work together to complete our vision of the new Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

One of the most visual components of our Capital Campaign to Build Our Future, Serve Our Past, was our Campaign envelopes.  These monthly reminders were placed with our standard offertory envelopes and provided a way for every member of our Parish Family to contribute to our future.  We were so successful with over 2,000 families contributing to our campaign, we felt it was appropriate to renew those envelopes for our final thrust of the campaign to Finish the Church.

You should have received these new envelopes as part of your October / November packets.  The red color has replaced the blue, but they will have the same function.  We have been approved to gather your wonderful gifts without assessment from the Diocese as before, so we can ensure every dollar can assist us in filling the shortfall of the work done to repair and renew our church.  They look like this:

We need your help to Finish the Church.  In the next few weeks, you will be hearing more about this last push for our Capital Campaign and how you may be able to prayerfully consider assisting us with our effort.
