Many of you have heard of and participated in one of the largest service events in Naples, Thanksgiving in the Park. This program is operated by the Guadalupe Center and provides a Thanksgiving dinner to hundreds of people and families in Immokalee. St. John has been asked to serve as the primary organization for this year’s Thanksgiving in the Park. If you remember last year, our Parish Family responded with dozens of pre-cooked turkeys and pies when asked. Due to our enormous hearts and action for the Mission of our Church, we have the opportunity to help further with preparations, leadership, and cleanup efforts, along with hosting the week-long food gathering and management.
